I am so tempted towards checklists (and I, too, sometime get busy so that I don't have to talk to even my nearest and dearest), and this points me in exactly the direction I need to be pointed: towards the dangerous and wonderful way of dialogue with God, of action under his guidance . . . of the only way of peace, in the end.
